Blue Hill Mountain
A must do if you are able. Conveniently located right in Blue Hill, a moderate uphill hike with stunning views of the Blue Hill Peninsula. A great hike all year, it is particularly stunning in June with a vast field of lupins and butterfly habitat, as well as October with the Fall foliage at it's peak.

Peters Brook Trail

A nice walk through a shaded forest that ends in a mini waterfall, right across the road from Peter's Cove, a tidal small pebble beach. A great place to come after your hike and dip your toes in the coastal waters or have a little picnic.

Blue Hill Walking Trail
An easy walking trail right in town, perfect for kids or a quick walk with your Bucklyn coffee.

John B Mountain
A short loop trail on the edge of Eggomogin Reach that is a steep and sometimes rugged climb up the mountain. The summit has stunning views and is a great spot to just sit and reflect.

Snows Cove Preserve
A pleasant trail along the Bagaduce River in Sedgwick through forest and wetland, with the opportunity to spot the archaic Horseshoe Crab which is reliant on this shoreline for breeding.

Cooper Farm at Caterpillar Hill
The 134-acre Cooper Farm property lies on the sloping fields of Caterpillar Hill in Sedgwick.  Trails in the upper half of the property bring you through blueberry fields, while in the lower half trails run through a mixed mossy forest. At the bottom of the dirt road you'll reach the Walker Pond boat launch and if you take the small trail to the left of that you'll come upon a tiny beach perfect for an evening picnic. The water on the pond here at the beach is very shallow and warm and is perfect for young kiddos. Stop at Roaring Lion Market for supplies or a steller breakfast or lunch made with ingredients from their farm.

Kingdom Loop
Consists of over 800 acres, 3 miles of trails, and the entire shore of undeveloped Fourth Pond.

Located in Surry this beautiful trail system is comprised of rocky ledges, tidal pools, and cobble beaches. Explore the diverse rocky shoreline with amazing views of Morgan Bay. A great place to stop for a walk after a lobster lunch on the dock at Perry's Lobster Shack. And don't forget to grab an ice cream from Pugnuts on your way home!
